Prayer meeting

Our big aim at Covent Garden Talks is that everyone who works in this area would come face to face with the good news about Jesus - no small task! Often just doing our jobs well and being godly in the office are hard enough.  We need to pray for God's help as we serve Him.

A group of us meet to pray for each other and our workplaces on Wednesday mornings from 8.15-8.45 am in Café Eterno (34 Neal Street, London WC2H 9PS, use the back entrance on Nottingham Court).

Breakfast (and strong coffee!) is available from 8 am.

It would be great to see you there.

Prayer meeting Euston

A new prayer meeting has started recently for those of us who work closer to Euston than Covent Garden.

We meet to pray for each other and our workplaces on Tuesday mornings from 8-8.45 am in The Church Hall, St Pancras Church House, Lancing Street (just off Eversholt St, a few yards back from the Royal George pub). To view a map, please click here.

Breakfast and coffee will be provided.

Bible studies and Training courses

Another way to get involved is to join one of our smaller groups (usually 4 or 5 people) which meet at various times and places in the area to support each other as we live and speak as servants of Jesus in our workplaces. Some groups study the Bible together; others meet to pray, or read a Christian book.

We are also happy to help resource you in running workplace Christian groups (see courses available on the right).

Giving

One of the things we are keen to encourage among our regular members is Gospel partnership in the work at Covent Garden. The Gospel work at Covent Garden cannot happen without the generosity of our regulars and the continued support of the church family at St Helen’s Bishopsgate.

We long to see God’s kingdom grow in the area and therefore we pray that as partners we will be sacrificial in our giving so that we see a heavenly return on our investment many times over.

Please see our Giving Form (pdf) for more info on how to give . Alternatively please contact Paul Robinson, Covent Garden Treasurer, at paul.robinson at ashmoregroup.com for further details on how to give.
